See your available time
Connect Google, Microsoft, or Apple calendars and see the openings between commitments.
For workdays pulled in too many directions
GapRail brings your tasks and calendars together, then recommends what to work on next based on importance, the time you actually have, and what is already on your schedule.
Built for people balancing multiple jobs, clients, projects, and responsibilities.
Free, invitation-only founding-user beta · Seven days free · No payment card required
How it works
GapRail narrows the noise without making you learn another complicated system.
Add tasks and connect the calendars that shape your day.
It considers importance, available time, and what is already scheduled.
Accept the recommendation or adjust it when circumstances change.
The useful essentials
A focused planning experience for people who already have plenty to manage.
Connect Google, Microsoft, or Apple calendars and see the openings between commitments.
Get a task recommendation matched to both the time you have and how much it matters.
Change the duration, defer it, mark it blocked, or say it is not important.
Calendar access is read-only by default. Google Calendar write-back is optional and user-controlled.
See it in action
A short walkthrough, using fictional data, showing how connected calendars, available time, and task priorities turn into one useful recommendation.
Who it helps
GapRail is for work that does not fit neatly into one calendar or one task list—client work, projects, operations, more than one job, and the personal responsibilities competing for the same limited time.
It keeps the experience focused on one practical next step instead of another overloaded dashboard.
Privacy without vague promises
GapRail uses the calendars you choose to connect to work out when you are busy and when you are free. Calendar credentials are encrypted.
Founding-user offer
GapRail is currently available through a free, invitation-only founding-user beta. Participants get access to the live product and its simplified setup, and a chance to say what is useful, what is unclear, and what is missing.
The product is still being validated with real users. We may ask short questions about setup, whether the recommendations are useful, and where things need to be simpler.
Approved founding users receive seven days of free access. No payment card is required, and nothing is charged automatically.
When the seven days end, product access pauses. Your account and data are preserved, and you can still export or delete your information.
After the beta and an approved public launch, the planned offer is a 7-day free trial with no payment card, then $19 per month. Public paid enrollment is not open now.
Questions, clearly answered
It helps you decide what to work on next, using how important a task is, how long it will take, the time you have, and what is already on your calendar.
Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365, and Apple iCloud. You can connect more than one.
Not by default—access is read-only. Optional write-back is available for Google Calendar only, and only adds and manages the task events GapRail creates.
